When it’s time to replace worn-out tub or shower walls, you have two excellent paths: budget-friendly glue-up surrounds that install in as little as a day, or a fully custom tile shower built on the premium wedi shower system. Either way, you get a beautiful, watertight result — installed by an Oregon-licensed contractor serving the Portland metro area.

Glue-Up Tub & Shower Surrounds
Glue-up surrounds are durable, water-resistant wall panels adhered directly over properly prepared walls around your tub or shower. They’re one of the fastest, most affordable ways to refresh a tired bathroom — and today’s panels look nothing like the flimsy kits of the past.
- Fast installation — most surrounds are installed in as little as one day
- Budget-friendly — a fraction of the cost of a custom tile shower
- Grout-free, easy cleaning — non-porous panels resist mold, mildew, and soap scum
- Modern styles — smooth, subway-tile, and stone-look finishes in a range of colors
Custom Tile Showers — Built on the wedi Shower System
If you want a one-of-a-kind shower with the tile, layout, and features of your dreams, a custom tile shower is the way to go. We build our custom tile showers on the wedi shower system — a German-engineered, 100% waterproof and mold-proof tile backer and shower base system trusted by professional installers worldwide. We are certified wedi installers.
Why does the backer system behind your tile matter so much? Because most tile shower failures don’t start with the tile — they start with water getting behind it. The wedi system waterproofs your entire shower from the studs out, so your investment is protected for decades.
- 100% waterproof and mold-proof — sealed from floor to ceiling before a single tile goes on
- Curbed or curbless designs — including barrier-free entries, benches, and niches
- Any tile you love — porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, large-format, and mosaic
- 15-year manufacturer warranty — we are certified wedi installers, so every wedi shower we build is backed by a 15-year manufacturer warranty

Which Option Is Right for You?
Choose a glue-up surround when speed and budget are the priority and you want a clean, low-maintenance look. Choose a custom tile shower on wedi when you want a fully personalized design and the longest-lasting waterproof construction available. Either option pairs perfectly with a tub-to-shower conversion if you’re ready to ditch the bathtub altogether.
