Meet the Owner
PNW All Residential is owned and run by Michael McCanless, who has spent 20 years in the trades. Michael got his start working on investment properties and has since taken on higher-end custom projects — but he’s never forgotten his roots. From a small repair to a full renovation, he believes every homeowner deserves the same quality and care, and he takes on a full spectrum of work for people across every budget.
What sets Michael apart is how he works with you. Before any plans are drawn or tools come out, he takes the time to understand what you’re really after — how you live in your space, what’s not working about it now, and what you want it to become. Every home and every homeowner is different, and the best projects start with listening. Behind him stands a team with over 60 years of combined experience.
Licensed & Bonded in Oregon
PNW All Residential LLC is a licensed and bonded Oregon general contractor — CCB #246796. Based in Tigard, we work with homeowners across the greater Portland Metro area.
Our Philosophy
Your home is more than just a place to live — it’s a reflection of your personality, lifestyle, and values, and it deserves to be treated that way. We take an ethical, long-term approach: doing what’s right not just for you, but for whoever lives there after you. Most homeowners aren’t familiar with the ins and outs of a remodel, and that’s exactly how it should be. It took us years to learn this trade, and our job is to guide you through it — no ego, no jargon, just straight answers.
